friendly atmosphereBuilt during the latter part of the 14th century, The Wheatsheaf has many original features and timbers still visible today. During winter, log fires are lit in the two huge tudor fireplaces. There are chestnuts to roast and mulled wine to enjoy.

The pretty gardens are laid to lawns, with mature trees and flower beds. In summer the place to sit and enjoy our excellent Pimms.
